I’m a psychotherapist, brain health coach, licensed clinical social worker and a life coach with a unique combination of education and experience who has a genuine passion for helping kids and young adults in need.

Drawing from my own personal past experiences, I know first-hand the complex pieces that lead to full recovery. I wish I had someone who wasn’t a teacher or parent that I could talk to and get advice. This is what drives me. I want to be that person that I needed so many years ago.
